This role ensures material readiness, drives supplier development, and collaborates across Engineering, Quality, and Planning to support product launches and continuity of supply. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will manage risks, negotiate terms, and mentor a small team of NPI Buyers and Purchasing Specialists, while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years leading a small team.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Onsite, Sta. Rosa Laguna site reporting to Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for NPI programs and localization.
• Ensure material readiness for engineering builds and production ramp.
• Manage shortages, long-lead items, and supply risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Planning, Quality, and Commodity Management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier contracts.
• Lead supplier reviews and continuous improvement.
