Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Factory NPI Program Manager to standardize New Product Introduction across the factory, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.

You will govern NPI processes, balance portfolios, track risks, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement through data, tooling (MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet), and leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment and 3 years in an NPI/Production/Manufacturing Engineering leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing transfer, and ramp‑up management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality).
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance & standards for factory NPI execution and alignment with global PDP procedures.
• Prioritize projects based on business value and capacity; ensure alignment with strategy.
• Track project health (scope, schedule, cost, risks, benefits) and produce leadership dashboards.
• Coordinate shared resources across projects; balance demand vs. capacity.
• Establish standards for risk identification and mitigation; escalate major issues.
• Provide project management training, coaching, and promote continuous improvement.
• Own or support project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
