Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing operations, or production/project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly Revenue Targets – Production at 95% vs POR.
• Monitor Production Demand for Assigned Models.
• Conduct Product Performance Reviews with Factory and Design Engineering.
• Lead Project Transition to Mass Production.
• Ensure Compliance with Company Safety Programs.
