Job summary

U-BIX Corporation in Makati City is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales across Southern Luzon, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that support revenue growth and profitability. You will manage existing client accounts, conduct tastings and events, and present product ideas to customers.

The role operates onsite from Makati City, with a 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, and requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in distribution companies or HORECA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts (Bars, Restaurants, retailers, distributors).
• Conduct regular sales visits, tastings and promotional events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales target.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
• Manage brand visibility through social media, merchandising and local advertising.
• Assist in planning and execution of events, festivals and beer tastings.
• Conduct regular client visits and deliver product presentations to prospective and existing customers.
