Job summary

TIANJIN CUISINE GROUP INC. is seeking a kitchen helper to assist the Chinese chef at the noodle cooking station. You will boil and cook noodles per orders, prepare bowls with toppings and vegetables, and support overall food prep and serving in a fast-paced environment.

No experience making noodles from scratch is required; prior work in a noodle shop or related kitchen role is a plus but not necessary. You must be hardworking, punctual, and able to follow instructions, with availability for

Qualifications

• No experience making noodles from scratch is required.
• Experience in kitchen roles or noodle shops is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Government employment requirements preferred, or willing to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chinese chef at the noodle cooking station
• Boil and cook noodles according to customer orders
• Prepare noodle bowls, toppings and vegetables
• Assist with food preparation, portioning and serving
• Clean and organize the noodle station, utensils and kitchen tools
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company kitchen standards
• Perform other basic kitchen support duties as instructed
