Qualifications

• Previous restaurant kitchen or kitchen helper experience preferred.
• Experience in a Chinese restaurant kitchen is an advantage.
• Able to cut vegetables and meat and prepare ingredients.
• Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Willing to assist the chef with preparation and cleaning duties.
• Can follow instructions and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, beef, chicken, and other ingredients
• Support food preparation, portioning, and ingredient arrangement
• Assist the cook during busy restaurant operations
• Clean kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company kitchen standards
• Perform other kitchen support duties assigned by the chef or manager
