TaskUs is seeking a TaskUs Bohol - (Non-Voice) Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Bohol. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, email and live chat support, and ensures customer queries are resolved with quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client's website; perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues as needed.
• Meet and exceed client KPIs and maintain confidentiality of logins/passwords.
• Participate in required trainings and adhere to client policies.
