Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a diligent Client Servicing Associate for its Makati City office. The role focuses on responding to client inquiries about property and casualty insurance, updating on policy status, and coordinating renewals and endorsements. You will also support claims processes and maintain organized client records.

The position is a 12-month contract, onsite, and requires strong communication and coordination with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, or Operations Management) or related field.
• Experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance preferred.
• Strong customer service and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

• Respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts
• Provide clear updates on policy status, coverage, and pending requests
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients through reliable follow-through
• Handle client concerns professionally and escape complex issues to the right people

Policy & Endorsement Coordination

• Coordinate policy renewals with insurers and make sure they are completed on time
• Process endorsement requests, such as changes in coverage, insured details, or policy terms
• Gather and check documents and requirements before submitting them to insurers
• Follow up with insurers and internal teams until each request is completed

Claims Support

• Handle basic claims concerns and guide clients on the documents and steps they need
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to help move claims along
• Keep clients updated on claim progress
• Account Management & Records
• Manage multiple accounts at once while keeping records accurate and well organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Monitor policy expiry dates and endorse upcoming renewals to the proper team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related field: Business Administration (Management, Marketing, or Operations Management)
• Management or Entrepreneurship, Accountancy, Finance, or Economics, Legal Management
• At least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance
• Strong customer service and client coordination skills
• Able to handle policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims concerns
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable communicating with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office
