Job summary

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is seeking a Section Manager – Non-Food to lead the assigned non-food area in retail and wholesale operations. You will oversee staff, ensure product availability, optimize visual merchandising, and drive customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in retail/wholesale, and proven leadership in non-food categories; experience with inventory systems and profitability metrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations, with 1–2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience managing non-food categories such as home essentials, appliances, hardware, stationery, toys, sporting goods, or similar product lines.
