WeSupport Incorporated is seeking an on-site NOC professional in Makati with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The role requires Mandarin proficiency and strong English/Filipino communication to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

You will monitor networks and services, respond to incidents, and coordinate across internal teams. The position involves documentation of incidents and escalation steps, working in shifts if needed, and ensuring service availability and performance in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of NOC or similar ops experience.
• Experience with network, system, or service monitoring and incident management.
• Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, and Service Availability.
• Mandarin-speaking proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino for internal and client communication.
• Willingness to work in a NOC/operations environment with shifting schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document incidents and resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor networks, systems, and services for availability and performance.
• Monitor and respond to alerts, incidents, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and coordinate incident resolution with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers regarding service issues and technical concerns.
• Perform routine service, system, and network health checks and escalate as needed.
• Manage, update, and track incidents and tickets using the ticketing system.
• Work with Network, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Support achievement of service-level commitments including Service Availability, MTTR, MTBF.
• Participate in cross-team troubleshooting and service integration activities.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and updates to stakeholders.
