Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and IT systems.

• Experience in incident monitoring, coordination, escalation, and resolution.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Meraki, or Vmangge is an advantage.

Responsibilities
