Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Network Operations Engineer - Tier II in Pasay, Philippines.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days onsite) with a shifting schedule and a salary of up to PHP 110,000 per month. You will provide Tier II support for enterprise WAN/LAN, perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching and load balancing, analyze TCP/IP traces, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Tier II network operations capacity.
• Engineering degree is strongly preferred.
• Must hold two or more of the listed certifications (CCNP-X, CCIE, ACSP, ACMP, RCSP).
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, network routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Proficient in performing and interpreting TCP/IP network traces and packet captures.
• Strong network troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for enterprise WAN/LAN environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting involving routing, switching, and load balancing.
