Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to deliver enterprise-class support on-site at BGC, Taguig. This role focuses on incident and service-request management for enterprise clients, with emphasis on rapid resolution, clear communication, and adherence to SLAs.

You will triage, diagnose, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires strong customer service skills and a collaborative approach in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' work experience in a Service Desk or Incident Management environment.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Enterprise incidents and service requests.
• Triage and resolve on first touch when possible; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to ticket SLAs and update stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate with TAC, FSI and Client Delivery teams for resolution.
• Ensure clear communication and proper handover between shifts.
