Responsibilities

• Perform NIR and chemical analyses per Work Instructions.
• Monitor analysis trends and report deviations to Supervisor.
• Prepare reagents, standardize procedures, and track expiry dates.
• Record analytical data in designated logbooks for traceability.
• Input test results into the approved reporting template.
• Prepare COA and test reports for special samples.
• Conduct monthly inventory of glassware, chemicals, and consumables.
• Maintain GLP compliance and keep records updated.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and report malfunctions.
• Ensure proper turnover between shifts.
