ADM is seeking a Laboratory Analyst in General Santos to perform Near-Infrared (NIR) and chemical analyses in accordance with the Work Instruction Manual and Equipment manuals. The role requires monitoring analysis trends and reporting deviations to the Laboratory Supervisor, with duties that include sample triage, QC testing, data recording, and preparation of COAs.

Qualifications include licensure as a Chemist or Chemical Technician, willingness to work on shifting schedules, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Must hold valid PRC registration and be licensed as a Chemist or Chemical Technician.

Responsabilités

• Assess and segregate samples for analysis based on the QC plan.
• Perform wet chemistry and mycotoxin analyses on materials per standard procedures.
• Verify accuracy of test results using QC samples and trends.
• Record all analytical data, preparations, and standardizations in logbooks for traceability.
• Prepare reagents, perform standardizations, and monitor expiry dates.
• Calibrate and monitor balances, moisture analyzers, and related equipment daily.
• Issue COA and test reports for special samples.
