RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Nihongo Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s US-focused team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in Japanese and English, delivering outstanding service every day.

The role is hybrid in Makati/Taguig with occasional night shifts to align with US hours. Ideal candidates hold JLPT N1/N2 and have experience in BPO or contact centers, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English with strong verbal communication.
• JLPT N1 or N2 certification preferred.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, BPO, or client-facing roles.
• Willing to work US business hours and night shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in company systems.
• Consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs), productivity goals, and quality standards.
