Job summary

Shore360 in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking a construction cost professional to perform takeoffs for multi-family and residential projects, review drawings, and analyze costs to forecast weekly job costs.

You will support project costing meetings, monitor stages, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate reporting. 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction takeoffs for multi-family and single-family residential projects.
• Review drawings and itemize revisions and delta changes.
• Analyze project costs by comparing completed costs against takeoff quantities.
• Track unit counts and assist with weekly job cost forecasting.
• Support weekly job costing meetings and project progression through stages.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project information.
