Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, seeks an Architect/Engineer to support a range of critical construction administration tasks. The role covers submittals, takeoffs, vendor communications, and CAD drafting across projects for government and public works clients.

You will manage schedules, budgets, RFQs/RFPs, and safety plans, while maintaining organized records and working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must speak excellent English and be able to read and interpret blueprints in detail.
• Excellent technical reading and writing in English are required.
• Able to read specifications and translate them into precise takeoffs and pricing.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and takeoffs
• Drafting in CAD
• Sending RFQs and RFPs to vendors and subs, and following up on pricing
• Soliciting bids from online platforms
• Identify pricing sources for various specialty items and obtain best prices
• Submittal preparation and data sheet management
• Project scheduling and budget analysis
• Ordering and material takeoffs
• Preparing safety plans and internal documents
• Preparing change order letters and PDFs
• Organizing files via Google Drive and email
• Filling out forms for licenses and pre-qualifications
• Accounts payable organization
• Close-out document folders preparation
• All tasks to enable successful operation of the company
• Monitoring bid opportunities and compiling price databases
• Labor/worker payroll audits and certified payroll reporting
• Filling out bid forms as needed
