Job summary

Shore360 in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking a construction cost professional to perform takeoffs for multi-family and residential projects, review drawings, and analyze costs to forecast weekly job costs.

You will support project costing meetings, monitor stages, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate reporting. 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and documentation skills are required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform construction takeoffs primarily for Multi-Family (For Rent) and Single-Family Residential (For Sale) projects.
• Review construction drawings and itemize plan revisions and delta changes between drawing sets.
• Analyze project costs by comparing completed job costs against takeoff quantities.
• Track unit counts and assist with weekly job cost forecasting.

Job Costing & Project Support

• Support weekly job costing meetings and project progression through various production stages.
• Assist in monitoring projects across stages including Trenching, Exterior Prime, Production, After Carpets, and Completed.
• Maintain and update Supply Pro Recordables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project information.

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, project engineering, or assistant project management.
• Hands-on experience performing construction takeoffs.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and analyzing project costs.
• Familiarity with construction project stages and job costing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
