Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, order management, or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with 3PL providers.
• Experience generating and analyzing operational or logistics reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills with US-based stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities with 3PL providers to ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain transportation reports and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, logistics providers, and business partners to resolve issues.
• Support transportation planning, shipment tracking, and logistics execution.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for business reviews.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and US counterparts on transportation updates.
