Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking aConsumables Management Specialist to facilitate end-to-end fulfillment of consumables orders and service requests. You will manage customer interactions via phone, email, chat and other channels, ensuring accurate order placement and timely issue resolution.

Based in Cebu, you will collaborate with internal teams and partners, maintain records in ERP/CRM systems (SAP or D365), and support data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP or D365).
• Background in order management or customer support environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer support interactions across phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
• Provide timely, accurate responses on supply history and order status.
• Process orders from multiple channels with real-time data entry.
• Maintain/update records for new machines and consumables.
• Assist order validations and explain non-warranted requests when needed.
• Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution.
• Process return authorizations per procedures.
• Collaborate with partners, service teams, and delivery leads.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
