Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Technical Services Specialist to address customer email inquiries across Abbott Rapid Diagnostics product lines. You will troubleshoot, document, and resolve complex issues while coordinating with engineering and IT teams.

Strong written communication, product knowledge in diagnostics, and adherence to quality procedures are essential. Remote support experience is a plus; on-site in the Philippines may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required and/or 3 years of related IT/Quality/customer support experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French & Spanish is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows/Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails with clear and accurate resolutions.
• Document all email interactions in the complaint system.
• Escalate issues to engineering, vendors or IT when needed.
• Provide cross-functional written summaries and updates to internal teams.
• Support colleagues with complex email troubleshooting and training.
