Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an Associate, Technical Support to deliver high-level product and technical support for our business intelligence tools. You will assist clients via phone, email, and chat, and contribute to testing upgrades and new releases from a client-focused perspective.

The role requires excellent English communication, the ability to analyze data for reports, and comfort with a US night shift schedule (10PM to 6AM PH time).

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in service desk or technical support is a plus.
• Willingness to work US night shift (10PM–6AM PH time).
• Ability to analyze data and summarize findings for reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level product and technical support to S&P Global clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective.
• Offer new user orientation, education, and installation assistance; troubleshoot problems via phone, email, and chat.
• Work independently and in groups, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy of work.
