Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking professionals to join our Manila office for a role focused on handling routine and complex client inquiries with a strong emphasis on accuracy and SLA adherence.

The position requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, solid computer skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. Office hours are 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PST, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of one technical skill.
• Handles routine and non-routine matters; escalates complex issues to higher level.
• Regular interaction with customers and first line management; responds to escalated calls.

Responsibilities

• Resolves routine client issues and ensures timely completion of transactions to meet SLAs.
• Prepares SOPs and supports process transitions.
• Develops tactical and operating plans to achieve project milestones.
• Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.
