Select VoiceCom, an American/Australian-owned call center, seeks Customer Support Agents in Cebu for night shift. You will handle inbound/outbound subscription inquiries via chat and email, address billing questions, and resolve disputes while upholding client SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Email and/or Chat Support experience in Customer Service/Technical Support.

• Adheres to email SOPs and KPIs for response times and availability.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
