Qualifications

• At least 6 months of combined customer service and retention/sales experience.
• Experience with subscription services is a plus.
• Flexible to handle both service and retention calls.
• English speaking with near-native fluency; minimal accent.
• Willing to work on-site and on night shift; ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding subscriptions (zero selling).
• Attend to billing concerns.
• Retain subscriptions and resolve billing disputes.
