Job summary

W.T.W., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific to define processes and test solutions. The role involves analyzing agentic AI workflows, testing AI agents and integrations, and applying Agile and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, or a related role.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows and governance controls.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, governance controls, and readiness for AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, and human oversight.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for AI agents, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive improvement.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes and support decision-making.
• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
• Promote quality through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.
