Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and invoice processing.
• Working knowledge of general ledger processes and balance sheet accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with accuracy and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily balancing reports and verify financial data accuracy.
• Review balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules for unusual items.
• Prepare and post daily accounting entries with proper documentation.
• Record accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions promptly.
• Process invoices, apply coding, and route for approvals.
• Balance and verify internal and intercompany accounts, resolving differences.
• Prepare audit confirmations and provide supporting records for audits.
• Prepare variance analyses and explain significant movements.
• Maintain organized accounting records and comply with policies and controls.
