Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist in Mandaluyong for onsite work with a 6-month transition to hybrid (3x2 WFH). Night shift is required, with duties centered on month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, treasury, and audit support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting or audit experience and strong Excel/ERP skills (Sage Intacct preferred; NetSuite/SAP acceptable). Salary is ₱60,000–₱70,000 monthly.

Senior Accounting Specialist

• Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000

• Location: Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong

• Work Setup: Onsite (First 6 months) - Hybrid 3x2 WFH (After 6-month transition)

• Shift: Night Shift

• Hiring Process: 2 Rounds (Initial & Final Interview)

• 9 PM to 6 am

  10 PM to 7 AM

Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close & Reconciliations: Actively participate in the month-end close, including preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, account roll forwards, and other supporting schedules as necessary

• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze issues and present and recommend potential solutions

• Treasury & Compliance: Process and initiate treasury activities such as check runs, electronic payments, and intercompany fund transfers

• Audit & Controls Support: Assist in month-end closing procedures and provide support for audits

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting or audit experience.

• Expertise in GAAP, multi-entity, and multi-currency operations.
