D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Risk Analyst (US) on a night shift in a hybrid setup. You will monitor and mitigate risky payments, detect fraud, and help protect our systems while working with internal teams and partners.

We value 2+ years in operations, detection or investigation, preferably in banking, fintech or payments, and a bachelor’s degree with excellent English communication. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with close collaboration and opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational work, detection and/or investigation.
• Bachelor's degree required; English communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate against risky customers and payments; monitor potentially risky payments and prevent abuse of systems.
• Solve puzzles - fraud and risk require structured thinking and data-driven analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and methods to catch bad actors.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance systems and processes for detecting fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
