Job summary

Global Payments seeks an International Operations Analyst 1 to join our Operations Support Services Team in Manila. You will research, resolve, and document account inquiries while ensuring compliance across channels.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in credit or banking, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work weekends/holidays onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City. Banking/fraud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling account-related tasks.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Experience with fraud, chargebacks, or credit-related processes is a plus.
• Experience using case management or banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to account inquiries across channels with accuracy and compliance.
• Review, update, and document cardholder and corporate account information.
• Detect potential fraud, credit, or chargeback issues and escalate appropriately.
• Perform routine updates and documentation (e.g., name/address changes, returned mail) for accounts.
• Research and process moderately complex cardholder requests and refunds.
• Follow client policies to validate disputes and update data in credit bureau systems.
