Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales audit, retail accounting, finance operations, cash reconciliation, or a related field.
• Experience with retail POS and sales audit systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor POS_LOG files, sales transactions, and audit data for missing or incomplete information.
• Analyze sales audit data and reconcile cash, tender amounts, and register variances.
• Investigate discrepancies, create IT Help Desk tickets, and coordinate with IT and business teams for resolution.
• Process high-volume transactions across multiple stores and registers within daily processing timelines.
• Monitor and process iPad stores, including recalculating totals and resolving variances.
• Track open issues, document audit exceptions, and ensure stores reach the appropriate accepted status.
• Support period-end close, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
