Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, marketing assistance, or similar administrative marketing roles within the marketing and communications industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or marketing software platforms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing databases and campaign materials.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night-shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the execution of prospecting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and organize lead databases, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up with prospects.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and documentation to support sales and prospecting efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on prospecting metrics and marketing activities.
