Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations during the assigned shift, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with top quality, while providing strong leadership to the shift team. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years as Shift Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong expertise in production operations, process optimization and workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lean principles and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and cross‑team communication.
• Willing to work a night shift in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day‑to‑day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
• Ensure targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and other departments to optimize processes.
• Monitor production data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
