Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in a Shift Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in production operations, optimization, and workflows.
• Proficient with production management systems, data tools & monitoring.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, CI, and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Willing to work night shift in Rosario, Cavite.
• Commitment to safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities and workflows for the assigned shift.
• Ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and others to optimize processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data for efficiency and cost improvements.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental regs, and policies.
