Responsibilities

• Enforce SLAs and verify client delivery timelines for all produced outputs.
• Oversee production accountability and follow up with floor personnel on pending tasks.
• Monitor daily production queues and generate shift reports detailing SLA performance and blockers.
• Design and implement end-to-end tracking and auditing processes to monitor SLA compliance.
