Qualifications

• Must read and accurately process medical prescriptions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using EHRs, pharmacy portals, and related tools
• Ability to follow established processes and manage multiple orders across platforms
• Experience in healthcare support roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Read and process medical prescriptions, verifying accuracy
• Place medication and product orders through pharmacy/vendor platforms
• Review order information in the EHR and enter into ordering platform
• Verify medication, dosage, quantity, patient details, shipping and delivery info
• Add notes or instructions to orders as needed
• Email pharmacies about delivery dates and shipping requests
• Coordinate via Slack for information and clarifications
• Keep order details updated in Monday.com and internal systems
• Follow ordering processes for each pharmacy/vendor
• Maintain clear documentation of completed orders
• Handle confidential patient information professionally
