Microgenesis Business Systems seeks a hands-on Network Operations/Support professional to handle escalated desk issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and deploy network devices across branch sites and ATMs. The role requires monitoring, documentation, and strong vendor coordination with night-shift availability.

You will provide onsite firewall/SD-WAN support, conduct health checks, and perform scheduled maintenance while maintaining logs and ensuring quick resolutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in network operations or support.
• Hands-on experience handling escalated service desk issues.
• Basic to intermediate troubleshooting for firewall and SD-WAN devices.
• Experience monitoring network performance and daily health checks in ITIL-like environments.
• Ability to perform onsite support for branches and ATMs, including maintenance visits.
• Strong documentation, shift handover reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Willing to work night shifts and site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated issues from the service desk.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Assist with configuring and deploying network devices.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Provide daily health checks for firewall and SD-WAN connectivity.
• Document all network configurations and changes.
• Coordinate with IT teams for onsite interventions.
• Provide onsite support for firewalls and SD-WAN at stores and ATMs.
• Schedule regular maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain spare parts stock and quick-resolution replacements.
• Coordinate with vendor for 24x7 support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain shift handover logs with incident status and tickets.
