Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a shift-based Support Team Leader/Senior Engineer in Cebu City to join a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour rotation. You will lead an early-stage EDGE Support Operations function, delivering proactive technical IT support to a global client base, and ensuring SLA adherence.

You will shape scope, tooling, and processes for the team, handling P1 incidents, coordinating resources, and maintaining high-quality documentation while meeting business targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a shift-based support team, contribute to defining scope and processes, and deliver proactive, world-class service.
• Strong analytical thinker who can manage high-pressure priorities and incidents.
• Experience in IT support across Windows and Linux environments with monitoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational tasks during your shift and ensure SLA-driven delivery.
• Build and train the shift team, shaping processes and tooling as the function grows.
• Plan workload, allocate work, and monitor progress to meet business timelines.
