Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, statistics, analytics, management, or related field.
• Can work on a Night-Shift schedule in a Hybrid environment.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, marketing analytics, business intelligence, market intelligence, commercial analytics, strategy, research, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building forecasts, dashboards, reports, and analytical presentations for business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with forecast reporting and sales performance analysis, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, conversion, win rate, and sales cycle metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides and the ability to develop polished, executive-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical understanding of how analysis supports business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a consistent standard for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work independently, and meet deadlines across recurring and project-based assignments.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, marketing performance measurement, forecasting, commercial reporting, segmentation, and market research methods.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasts, trend analysis, scenario modeling, and performance baselines.
• Produce recurring forecast reporting that compares actual performance with forecast, plan, and prior periods; explains variances and drivers; and provides a view of pipeline, bookings, revenue, and marketing contribution.
• Analyze sales performance across pipeline, bookings, revenue, win rates, conversion, sales cycle, opportunity movement, account performance, segments, industries, offerings, and territories.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, account engagement, and other measures.
• Monitor direct competitors, adjacent alternatives, industry developments, market entrants, technology shifts, and analyst or customer commentary.
• Support ICP development, account segmentation, buyer and persona analysis, market sizing, and account prioritization.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on customer needs, market trends, buyer priorities, category dynamics, and new opportunities.
• Support a structured win/loss program using CRM data, seller input, customer feedback, pricing, competitive information, and deal characteristics.
• Develop clear, polished presentations for business reviews, planning sessions, strategy discussions, sales meetings, and executive audiences.
• Coordinate marketing and analytical initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, data sources, or workstreams.
