Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support financial and operational performance across company stores and brands.

The role focuses on payroll reporting, sales uploads, month-end accounting, accrual management, KPI reporting, budgeting support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial insights. The role works closely with Finance, Commercial Managers, Brand Managers, Marketing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Operations to

Qualifications

Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Experience in commercial finance, retail finance, management accounting, or FP&A.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store profitability drivers.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
Experience with ERP and financial systems (F1, MMX, Concur or similar).
Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse weekly and monthly trading performance across all stores and brands.
Provide insights into sales growth, labour productivity, and margin performance.
Identify risks, opportunities, and variances against budget and forecast.
Lead month-end financial close and accruals across stores and adfunds.
Prepare monthly commercial reporting packs and management commentary.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing to resolve discrepancies.
