Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a Marketing Claims Professional to support end-to-end processing of vendor-funded marketing claims. You will review invoices, contracts, and proofs of performance, monitor claim status, and resolve issues to ensure timely submissions.

The role involves coordinating with global vendors such as Cisco, HPE, and AMD. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in marketing claims, excels in data analysis, and can work US night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing Claims or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.
• Willing to work night shift (US timezone) and 10 days RTO monthly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with supplier-funded marketing programs, rebates, MDF, or vendor operations is a plus.
• Experience with vendor portals and claim management platforms (SAP, Ariba, Xvantage, Podio, ClaimIT).

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, contracts, and proof of performance to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.
• Monitor claim approval status and resolve issues related to on-hold or rejected claims.
• Submit requests for marketing activity creation and maintain client contact information.
• Approve WBS and drive process improvements and training resources.
• Lead training development and support innovation initiatives.
