Job summary

Marsh Corporate is seeking a Leave Management Analyst for night shift to coordinate end-to-end employee leave processes, ensure policy compliance, and maintain HR systems of record. You will liaise with vendors for medical information, explain job protections, and monitor SLAs with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience in handling employee or customer concerns
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues
• Proficient skills with MS Office Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Amenable to work on Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Utilizes case management software to effectively manage end-to-end process of employee leaves: through return-to-work and/or transition to LTD; follow policy applicability, explain job protection rights; liaise with 3rd party vendors for medical information; document FMLA-related absences.
• Follows SOPs and company policies as well as Local, State and Federal guidelines for all leave types, to ensure compliance and minimize risk; escalates cases for guidance and resolution.
• Updates and maintains the HR Systems of Record with all information pertaining to an employee’s leave, including pay updates and attendance.
• Provides timely, accurate leave of absence policy, job protection, and leave communications to employees and managers by initiating correspondence and notifications.
• Utilizes data and reporting from case management tools to ensure SLAs are met and communicate with Tier 1 CSR to meet SLAs.
