Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an HR Services Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City for a hybrid role with night shift. You will support the U.S.-based Leave Administration team by handling calls, chats, emails, and faxes related to employee leaves, while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting, updating case notes, and managing email/fax queues. A background in CRM/ticketing software and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a contact center or similar support environment.
• Experience handling employee benefits, HR services, or medical-related communications preferred.
• Familiar with CRM, case management, or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide contact center support via calls, chats, and emails with accurate case handling.
• Document and update leaves in the case management and CRM systems.
• Process inbound documentation, validate completeness, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor inboxes and fax queues to ensure timely processing and escalation when required.
• Collaborate with Leave Administrators and team leads for continuous improvement.
