IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical help for Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365 and desktop applications to local and international end-users.
You will resolve issues, assist with user accounts, and deliver excellent customer service while working onsite in BGC, Taguig, with night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila Time). The role offers benefits including HMO, 13th month pay, and shuttle service.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of IT service desk experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows/Mac OS, VPN.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and night shift.
Responsabilités
- Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, and desktop applications
- Troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, printers, and network connectivity issues
- Assist with user accounts, access permissions, and security-related concerns
- Resolve IT issues and support local and international end-users
- Deliver excellent customer service and timely ticket resolution
