Job summary

HireBooth seeks a diligent Service Desk Analyst to support internal users across regions from Manila. The role requires night-shift availability aligned with US time zones and on-site presence in the Manila office at least two days weekly.

You will manage incident tickets, perform first/second line troubleshooting on Windows and macOS, and oversee hardware asset lifecycle from inventory to disposal. Strong communication and teamwork across global IT teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Help Desk or Service Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office and 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident logging and asset tracking.
• Experience managing user accounts; Okta preferred.
• Hands-on hardware asset management experience.
• IT certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL).
• Willing to work permanent night shift (US time zone) and on-site in Manila 2 days/week.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via IM and ServiceNow.
• Manage daily workload of ~10 tickets.
• Log, track incidents and update queues daily.
• Route to specialized teams as needed.
• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows, macOS, Office 365.
• Maintain hardware inventory in ServiceNow.
• Assist with hardware delivery and setup.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors.
