Select VoiceCom in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an HR Specialist for Timekeeping on the night shift. You will manage daily attendance, timekeeping processes (HRIS/Biometrics), and collaborate with payroll to resolve issues, while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Applicants should have a psychology-related degree with at least 2 years in HR timekeeping, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. The role is full-time, on-site in Cebu IT Park with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Development Management or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of HR Timekeeping experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can work under pressure with a positive attitude toward handling employee feedback.
• Must be keen on details.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work on holidays.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.
• Willing to work the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Handles timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
• Generates monthly timekeeping reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, and Overbreaks) as needed.
• Verifies perfect attendance record for qualification of perfect attendance bonus.
• Monitor & update daily attendance of all employees and send reports to Operations and other departments as needed.
• Closely coordinates with Payroll Accountant regarding payroll disputes and other related concerns.
• Handle employee's concerns/issues related to timekeeping.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
