AECOM Corporation is seeking a Specialist II, HR Services for the HR Contact Center (Night Shift) in the Philippines. You will manage employee inquiries via multiple channels, handle moderately complex HR transactions, and escalate as needed while adhering to SLAs.

This role requires aBachelor’s degree in Business/Administration/HR and 4 years of relevant experience. The position operates on a night shift (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) with hybrid work options and opportunities to contribute to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Administration / Human Resources required.
• 4+ years of relevant HR services experience in a Shared Services/BPO setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as Oracle/Workday.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee queries via call, chat, and ticketing system.
• Manage queue and triage cases in the case management system.
• Support data gathering and analyze tickets to resolve incidents and provide resolutions.
• Escalate HR systems transactions to back-end support teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, policies, and procedures.
