Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Experience in HR shared services or call handling is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle phone inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with case management tools and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Process HR cases via calls or emails, prioritizing by urgency and impact.
• Monitor queues and aging cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Document, resolve, and escalate issues following SOPs and SLAs.
• Serve as point of contact for HR Representatives, Employees, and Leaders.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GM policies and guidelines.
