Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Document all customer interactions in our systems to maintain comprehensive records.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors or departments when necessary.
• Maintain a professional demeanour while remaining patient and empathetic with customers.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
